About What's Next Transitional Services

What’s Next Transitional Services is dedicated to supporting the well-being of children, youth, and families in Alameda County and surrounding areas. Our mission includes:

1. Promoting Health and Wellness
   We provide programs that help individuals and groups overcome life challenges and build self-sustainability. This includes supporting youth in developing character, working together to improve neighborhoods, and offering community resources for those at risk of poverty, hunger, homelessness, and health issues.
2. Providing Education and Resources
   We offer educational and cultural activities to raise awareness about the need for youth support. Our programs address issues like negative peer pressure and substance abuse. We also plan to offer college tours to youth in the future. Information is shared through direct interactions, such as phone calls or informal meetings.
3. Building Community Partnerships
   We collaborate with local government agencies and community groups to identify individuals in need and develop solutions. This includes connecting individuals with housing, medical care, and transportation to essential services, ensuring that they receive the support they need.
